QUICK GUIDE TO DOWNLOADING MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT AND BEGIN TRACKING.  

Thank you for purchasing a Loc8tor GPS device. In order to get the best out of our Tracking Panel you will need to download Microsoft Silverlight.

Firstly click on the black ‘GPS Tracking Login’ in the top right hand corner of our site. Any Microsoft Windows-operated computer with Microsoft Windows Vista or later should have Microsoft Silverlight already installed so you will not need to do anything.

If you do not see the tracking panel (below) when you click on ‘GPS Tracking Login’ go to step 1) and follow through to step 6) until you see the panel (below).

For all other PC or Mac users, Windows XP or earlier, you will need to install as follows:

1)      Click on the black ‘GPS Tracking Login’ in the top right hand corner. You will see a black screen with an image similar to below.

2)      Click on the install Microsoft Silverlight box in the top left hand corner.

3)      You will then get a prompt to install the software (see below). Click on run to download and install the software immediately.

5)      Once you’ve clicked ‘Install Now’ Microsoft Silverlight will load on your computer. You will then see a pop up box informing ‘Installation successful’

6)      Before you can start tracking you will need to refresh the page. To do this, either select ‘View’ from the menu, then select ‘Refresh’ or just press the ‘F5’ button from the top of your keyboard.
